George Williams

My Story

George Williams is a commercial real estate professional and community leader based in Oklahoma City. As Chairman of the Alpha Community Foundation of Oklahoma (ACF), he has led a $2 million capital campaign to develop the Garden Oaks Community Center, a project focused on expanding educational, health, and workforce programs in Northeast Oklahoma City.

At Price Edwards & Company, George serves as a Partner on the Retail Investment Team, where he manages acquisition, leasing, and sales strategies for retail properties. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, with expertise in market analysis and investment planning. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Real Estate Council.

Outside of work, George serves on the boards of Sunbeam Family Services and NE OKC Renaissance, contributing to initiatives that support neighborhood revitalization and family well-being. A graduate of Baylor University, he brings a practical, community-focused mindset to both his business and civic work.
